What does it cost?
For Swiss-insured patients, consultations are billed through your health insurer as a statutory fee (Tardoc). Otherwise, pricing is listed as CHF 75/consultation in Switzerland or €50 in the EU.
Is my data secure?
Yes — Quickmed complies with GDPR and the Swiss FADP. Medical data is not shared with health insurers.
Who provides the care?
Doctors are licensed with FMH specialties are authorised to practice across all Swiss Cantons (Aargau, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Basel-Landschaft, Basel-Stadt, Bern, Fribourg, Geneva, Glarus, Graubünden, Jura, Lucerne, Neuchâtel, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Solothurn, St. Gallen, Thurgau, Ticino, Uri, Valais, Vaud, Zug, Zurich).
For EU doctors, doctors are licensed all across EU countries.

Create your profile.
Upload your health insurance card for Swiss health insurances (optional)- option to pay on the app.
Add a family member (optional).
Request a consult when you need to speak to a doctor and a doctor will call you within minutes.
You can choose to get a phone or video consult.

Security is our top priority. Quickmed complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Who can use the app?
The Quickmed App can be used by anyone (all ages) insured in Switzerland, and uninsured in Switzerland, as well as anyone in the European Union.
For patients with a Swiss health insurance, consultations are billed through the patient's health insurance as a statutory fee (equivalent to a visit to a doctor's practice, as per billing Tardoc) and are recognised by all Swiss health insurers (Agrisano, AMB Assurances, Aquilana, Assura, Atupri, Avenir, CM Vallée d’Entremont, Concordia, CSS, Curaulta, EGK-Gesundheitskasse, Einsiedler Krankenkasse, Galenos, Glarner Krankenversicherung, Groupe Mutuel, Helsana, KluG, KPT, Krankenkasse Birchmeier, Krankenkasse Luzerner Hinterland, Krankenkasse Steffisburg, Krankenkasse Visperterminen, Krankenkasse Wädenswil, ÖKK, Philos, Rhenusana, Sana24, Sanavals, Sanitas, SLKK, Sodalis, Sumiswalder Krankenkasse, SWICA, Sympany, Visana, Vita Surselva, Vivacare).
